Do you manufacture flashings?
Yes we manufacture all flashings in-house – if you would like flashings only, for a project please let us know

Do you provide the service of foundations and erection of the buildings?
Yes, we can provide you with a quotation for foundations and erection. Please ask if you would like a price for this.

Do you supply the cladding?
Yes, we can either supply steelwork only or we can supply the roof and side cladding.

Should I use resin anchors or holding down bolts on my building?
This is completely up to you. We would recommend holding down bolts but if you wish to resin anchor to a concrete slab this is fine.

Do you manufacture steel gutters?
Yes, we manufacture all our steel gutters in-house.

Do you supply the doors?
We supply personnel doors, double doors and sliding doors. We do not supply roller shutter doors but will provide all steelwork needed.

Do you supply and install mezzanine floors?
Yes, please enquire if you would like a price

Can I have cold rolled zeds instead of timbers for purlins and rails?
Generally, the option is up to you, however, sometimes depending on the type of cladding or stipulations within building regulations etc the option may not be available.

We have tight/restricted access. Can you still offer delivery?
Yes, we will use a rigid vehicle instead of an artic – please let us know.

Do you manufacture industrial specification buildings?
Yes, We manufacture both agricultural and industrial buildings

Can I have the steelwork painted any colour or galvanised?
Yes, this decision can be made at the order stage

Can you come out to site for a meeting or site survey?
Yes – we are happy to come out to site to meet you and will carry out a site survey if required.

Do you have any pictures of buildings similar to what i want?
We have lots of photos of lots of buildings complete from the top to the bottom of the UK – please ask and we will see what we can find

Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver our buildings direct to site however you are more than welcome to arrange your own collection

Can you provide me with a building in the Shetlands?
Of course we can, we have supplied a number of customers in the Shetlands with our buildings. Please let us know your location and we will let you know if we cover the area.

What are your opening times?
The office times are 9am-5pm, with our workshop being 8am-5pm.

How long have you been in the industry?
Chris Toon our Managing Director has been in the steel industry since 1974 so we can assure confidence in our products.

Are all your buildings CE marked?
Yes, we are fully certified by SCCS to BS EN 1090-1: 2009 + A1: 2011

Can I come visit your workshop?
Yes, we are located in Hilton Derby

Do you manufacture your own buildings?
Yes, we have our own workshop on site

Can I have concrete panels on my building?
We can provide you with concrete panels, we just need all the correct information to enable us to quote for you.

Are you a family team?
Yes, Chris Toon is the managing director with his son Paul Toon managing the workshop, Michelle Mason in sales in the office and Christine Toon in accounts.
