Kit Building Direct supplied an open barn for my alpacas. It was very good value, extremely robustly constructed and arrived in good time and on the day it was expected. There was a part missing, however, when I phoned them and told them, they got the missing part to me in two days without any hesitation. I have been most impressed with their customer service. They answered all of my layman's questions with excellent humour and immense patience. They also dealt with my anxiety and hesitation to commit by being reassuring, and getting me information that wasn't at their fingertips asap. Overall, most impressive; a delight to deal with in these days when so many companies are not!

Following protracted negotiations with various suppliers Kit Buildings Direct came out on top both on price and ease of construction. Having placed the order a year ago we took delivery of the whole kit within three months whilst it took six months to find a contractor to erect. The contractor put up the frame in ten days and started cladding before going into liquidation, fortunately the instructions provided by Kit Buildings enabled our volunteers to complete the task over the next few months. We are very pleased with the building, none of the delays or challenges were down to Kit Buildings who have been helpful and understanding through out. Final outcome - a successful new tram depot where we are now installing tracks and concrete floor.

We approached Kit Build in 2020 for a "Traditional" style Barn. Having had several conversations we received our quote and went ahead. The whole process was smooth and efficient with friendly team members in all departments. We were exceedingly happy with the finished result. The quality was superb. So much so we returned in 2022 for a smaller second barn that would mirror the one we already had, we were not disappointed! Wonderful service and build quality again. Unfortunately for us, the design team chosen by our client issued us with some very basic and fairly inaccurate drawings in view of erecting a steel made dining area for VIP customers. Following just a couple of telephone conversations and an email or two, Kit Buildings Direct not only corrected said problematic drawings for us without fuss nor issue… they also fabricated all items needed and delivered them to site within short time constraints and all well within budget.
